**Job Title: Equipment Operator**

**Shift**:Days: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

**Job Location**:Duha Color Services Winnipeg (750 Bradford St. Winnipeg, MB)

**General Job Description**:
The Equipment Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintaining of the Folder, Slitter & potentially future machines, as we grow. The Equipment Operator reports directly to the Press Department Manager. Follows all safety procedures, understands all safety equipment, and adheres to the company policies.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Discuss daily workflow with Press Department Manager & Print Transition Coordinator
- Set up Equipment, including the Folder & Slitter to supply rule up or sample supplied
- Complete operation of the Folder & Slitter & potential future Machines
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues
- Complete daily and bi-weekly maintenance
- Ensure work area and machine is cleaned & maintained
- Empty Garbage into the correct recycle/garbage bins
- Any further tasks as assigned by the Department Manager

**Job Qualification and Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
- General mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive work ethic and excellent attendance record
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

**Education/Training/Experience**:

- High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.
- Machine operator/production experience as an asset
- Knowledge of measuring systems is an asset

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
