**About The Role**

Be a part of an exciting new program that will re-shape the world of vehicle rentals. We are looking to hire a** Part-Time Vehicle Rental Agent**to join Foss National Leasing to work onsite in Dartmouth at our Amazon warehouses.
- Where: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
- Job Type: Permanent Part-time
- Hours Of Operations: 7am -11am or 8-12pm or 9-1pm Mon-Sun (Schedule may vary)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare all rentals for the coming day; Vehicles parked correctly, cleaned, fuelled, cleared of snow and debris.
- Ensure all customers can access their keys and ensure a smooth process of delivery and return by assisting with the booking system and inspections.
- Answer any questions and hold an elevated level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Collaborate directly with vendors on recalls and regular service requirements.
- Represent the company positively and always look for areas of improvement.
- Collaborate closely with DSP to ensure all rental systems are well-organized, keys are properly accounted for, and necessary services are scheduled and communicated with dealerships.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service oriented.
- Technologically advanced.
- Able to work independently.
- Clean Driver Abstract.
- 1 Year in customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Dealership / rental car experience preferred.

- Knowledge of vehicles or willingness to learn.
