**Who We’re Looking For**:
- A minimum of 1 year of coaching experience
- A valid Personal Training certification and insurance
- A consistent personal fitness practice
- An athletic background (preferred but not mandatory)
- A genuine passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals
**Responsibilities**
- Design personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities.
- Conduct fitness assessments to track clients' progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Provide encouragement, support, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their fitness journey.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in personal training.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all clients.
**Available Shifts**:
We need coverage for at least two of these time slots:
- Tuesday Evenings: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Thursday Evenings: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Saturday Mornings
