**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer's understanding of the products.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Utilize technology effectively to assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in technology sales or experience with product demonstrations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
