Fine Finish Homes is looking to hire a Supervisor to be on-site with the crew everyday and Lead By Example. The supervisor must work along side all employees and is not there to just oversee work being complete. We are all about safety here and expect everyone to work as safely as possible. We are a growing company with many oppourtunties and give back to our employees as we recognize the effort you all put forth each and everyday.

We are framing for Barr Homes, Golden Falcon Homes, and Kaitlyn Homes currently with up to 15 different models. Tons of Decks, Fences, and small jobs here and there to do something different.

Fine Finish Homes is a very respectful and enthusiastic environment to work in. We all enjoy to have fun on the job site but we also take a huge amount of pride in the work we do together, and for the customer We intend to put out the best in ever single project big or small.

We are looking for individuals who have experience in these categories or most of them for a minimum of 5 years. We ask for this experience to insure quality workmanship can be met.

Vehicle for transportation is a must, or true reliable transportation.

Own Tools is definitely an asset

**Carpenter duties and responsibilities**

**Carpenter can work in many different settings, depending on project requirements.**
- Installing wooden structures such as roofing framers, joists, partitions, rafters, complex truss layouts, sheeting, and stud work
- Adding fittings and fixtures including door handles, hinges, locks, and closures
- Flooring Installations such as Hardwood, Laminate, Vinyl, Tile, etc
- Siding/Soffit/Fascia - Such as Hardie Board, Vinyl, etc
- Building Stairs, Railing, and all finishings
- Selecting lumber as per the requirements of the project and sourcing wood that fits within budget and meets style specifications
- Liaising with clients to discuss project details, budgets, and timelines
- Reading blueprints and designs prepared by other architects, construction professionals, and ensuring they meet building code recommendations and requirements.

**Carpenter skills and qualifications**
- High level of creativity
- Excellent design skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, nail guns, chisels, and sanders
- Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and codes
- Punctual and Respectful is a must
- Working At Heights
- WHIMIS 2015

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
