**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, including homes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial and residential settings.
- Utilize custodial equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Lift heavy objects as required to maintain cleanliness in all areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding cleaning services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning mandatory.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail in cleaning practices to ensure thoroughness and quality of work.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
