Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Train new employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Implement strategies to increase sales and meet budget goals
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales and supervising roles
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to price products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Proficiency in budgeting and sales management techniques
- Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve objectives
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of merchandising principles
- Experience in creating sales reports and analyzing data
- Ability to implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
