**Responsibilities**:
As a Contracting Plumber, you will:

- Perform various plumbing services, including but not limited to:

- **Toilet repairs and installations**:

- **Sink and faucet repairs or additions**:

- **Shower and bathtub repairs or installations**:

- **Showerhead replacements or upgrades**:

- **Dishwasher installations**:

- **Water heater installations or repairs**:

- **Leak detection and pipe repairs**:

- **Vent pipe repairs and maintenance**:

- **Supply line repositioning or replacements**:

- **Wax ring installation**:

- **Drain cleaning and unclogging**:

- **Outdoor hose bib installations or repairs**:

- **Garbage disposal repairs and replacements**:

- **Water pressure adjustments**
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining project details and providing updates.
- Ensure all work complies with the **Ontario Building Code** and local plumbing regulations.
- Manage your schedule and prioritize tasks to complete projects on time and within budget. Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you must have:

- A valid **Certificate of Qualification (C of Q)** as a plumber in Ontario.
- A current **Plumbing License** with the City of Toronto.
- Compliance with the **Ontario Building Code** and all local plumbing regulations.
- Valid WSIB coverage or equivalent insurance.
- A minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in residential projects.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Your own tools and reliable transportation. The ability to provide a clear criminal background check.
