**Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager**:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the business;
- Ensure administrative and human resources management;
- Control inventories and marketing;
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed;

**To be an assistant manager, you need**:
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) an asset;
- Two years' experience as a retail assistant manager or equivalent experience.
