**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Event Management is preferred.
- Five years' experience as a supervisor in a restaurant or banquet facility.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Experience working in office administration an asset.
- Horse experience an asset but not necessary.

**Job Specific / Technical Knowledge**
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to participate in social marketing, creating new ideas for events.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Excellent hospitality skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in a farm environment when necessary.
- Ability to lead a team to get desired outcomes.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- Ability to perform various activities such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling.
- Ability to work well around a large number of people.
- Can function in a high paced environment, under short time constraints and within established timelines.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada.

**Compensation negotiable $20.00 -$25.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.**
