We have 20 years’ experience empowering our clients to look and feel their best in a safe, trusting and comfortable environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Patient Consultation
- Follow the step-by-step consultation process with every patient
- Greet patient at their scheduled appointment time
- Review patient Intake Form
- Complete a Visia skin analysis for all new clients and annually for existing clientele
- Develop an understanding of the patient’s needs and expectations
- Create a detailed Treatment Plan for the patient
- Educate and sell the patient the needed services and products as per Treatment Plan
- Present pricing to patient
- Communicate any current promotions and/or marketing initiatives
- Review and obtain patient signature - all consent forms

Client-Facing Interactions
- Preparation for treatment
- Review Intake Form, Treatment Plan, Consent Forms, and product & service purchases
- Clean and prepare room
- Numb patients if necessary
- Pull necessary “before photos”
- Patient Processes
- Take standardized before & after photos
- Perform medical aesthetic treatments safely and effectively within capabilities
- Review and discuss post-care instructions with patients
- Follow-Up
- Next day follow-up calls with every patient that received a treatment
- Documenting and consulting with physician on any adverse events

Documentation
- Legible and detailed documentation in patients’ charts using Nextech
- Update Consent Forms as needed
- Set-up Follow-up to-dos based on patient’s treatment plan

Support Nurse Injectors
- Provide patient consultation prior to their treatment
- Answer any aesthetics questions the client may have
- Enter client documentation into Nextech within 24 hours

Support Training Sessions

Administrative
- Communicate needed supplies with Office Manager
- Bring forward issues & solutions as well as improvement suggestions to Office Manager
- Individual projects as needed
- Achieve monthly and annual budgets using all the tools provided
