**Job brief**

We seek a full-time General Labourer to join our team.

Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, organizing inventory, order assembly, and some production and manufacturing assistance. To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. In addition, you will work closely with our shipping and manufacturing team by helping out wherever you are needed, given the day’s workload.

**Responsibilities**
- Readiness to comply with workplace safety protocols
- Light physical work. Ability to lift up to 30lbs infrequently
- Unloading boxes in the warehouse
- Inventory organization
- Assisting with manufacturing (weeding, pre-masking, laminating, Sign Lab)
- Processing and preparing orders and shipments
- Ability to pay close attention to instructions and manuals

**Requirements and skills**
- Comfortable completing tasks independently and as a part of a team
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid time-management skills with the ability to self-prioritize tasks and problem-solve
- Maintain a tidy working space
- Proven work experience as a General Labourer, or Shipping, or film manufacturer, or similar role
- Solid understanding of basic shipping and order fulfillment principles
- Hands-on experience with FedEx Shipping, Shopify, or Sign Lab is a bonus but not required.
- Familiarities with general office equipment
- Knowledge of pallet-jacks and other essential warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs infrequently
- Minimum of a high school diploma

**Location, Commitments & Benefits**
- The permanent full-time position is at our bright, spacious company headquarters in Mississauga, ON
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (possibility to change to 9 am to 5 pm after completion of training)
