Roof Plumber

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or leaks.
- Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose problems in plumbing systems and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters or HVAC technicians as needed for project completion.
- Ensure all work is performed safely while adhering to industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various plumbing tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
