**Job Summary**

To sustain rapid growth, SEI Industries is committed to increasing our production capacity to meet customer requests. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Packaging & Receiving Lead Hand will manage the overall operations of the Packaging & Receiving team ensuring high quality production, on-time delivery and adherence to safety standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Packaging & Receiving team during shifts.
- Lead and guide the Packaging & Receiving team, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Oversee the resolution of Shipping issues, working closely with relevant departments to address concerns promptly.
- Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete.
- Safely operate a Forklift to move products that must be shipped out.
- Monitor the on-time deliverance of products and operations.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Packaging & Receiving experience
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Proficiency in outlook
- Must possess adequate verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Transport of Dangerous Goods Certificate a plus.
- Forklift certification a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
