We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team here at Shunda Polyurethane Ltd. -- a fast-growing international company that specializes in manufacturing insulation material and also distributing to both residential and commercial sectors.

**General Purpose**

Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.

**Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Organize overall warehouse settings
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
- Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements
- Sort inventory according to established procedures
- Update and maintain inventory records and database
- Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant department
- Assign delivery/pickup stations
- Provide regular inventory reports to management
- Pick and prepare orders to be shipped
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments
- Ensure shipping counts match the order documents
- Process and provide necessary paperwork for shipments
- Coordinate delivery sequence according to orders and balancing weight for appropriate delivery vehicle
- Receive and verify accuracy of incoming inventory
- Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received
- Inspect and ensure quality of incoming inventory
- Process products returns, claims, keep track of warranty products
- Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents
- Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards
- Prepare and ensure all records are up to date (including vehicle license stickers, vehicles insurance, yellow stickers, emissions inspection report. etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Inventory control experience
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is a must
- Mandarin, Cantonese is an asset
- Valid G License and clean driving record is required
- Capable of driving a box truck
- Experience in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks is required
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
