**iDESIGN Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team**

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage and grow the iDESIGN Solutions customer base.**
- Become trusted resource for teachers interested in adopting VEX Robotics products into their program, by showcasing the benefits of the VEX Robotics solutions and supporting pre/post sales initiatives.
- Attain VEX Robotics certification for each product as well as for competition requirements (i.e. Event Partner/Referee).
- Grow the number of VEX Robotics Teams in Canada by showcasing benefits of competitive robotics and its direct correlation to students choosing STEM careers.
- Plan and Lead live web and in-person presentations of VEX Robotics solutions
- Support Sales Team's efforts at events
- Actively contact current teams/schools that invested in VEX Robotics to grow network of teams and school adoption.

**Required Skills**:
**Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport to improve customer satisfaction levels.**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of VEX Robotics or Robotics competition at the education level.
- Coding skills - Scratch, Python, C++
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a relationship builder.
- You have strong telephone skills and a great work ethic.
- You enjoy learning new technology.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify problems, determine solutions, and choose the right solution for each situation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required. Experience with CRM software is preferred.

iDESIGN Solutions offers a competitive salary and benefits package along with great company culture

**Salary**: $35,812.39-$66,898.56 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4Z 1H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4Z 1H8
