- Structured Cabling and Security Technician

Duties and qualifications:

- Experience in structured cabling installation and testing for both copper and fibre.
- CCTV and Access Control Installation and service tasks including pre-wiring, installation, programming, commissioning and trouble-shooting.
- Ability and experience in reading blueprints and work orders.
- Coordinate work and detail orientated
- Able to work with other employees and/or customers in the maintenance and installation of inside and outside plant communications low voltage systems.
- Move and/or lift material weighing up to a maximum of 60 pounds.
- Must be able to drive long distances safely to complete job assignments.
- Work independently, with mínimal, or no supervision.
- Aptitude to learn and contribute to a constructive team atmosphere
- **MUST** be available weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. This is dictated by client needs and is managed project to project.
- **MUST** also be available for out of town work...typically 1 week intervals but not guaranteed.

**Salary**: $15.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Weekends as needed
