We are currently seeking an **experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer** to join our growing team. Whether you’re looking for a **full-time**, **part-time**, role, we offer flexible opportunities for skilled professionals who take pride in their craft.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install **Suntek Ultra** and **Suntek Matte PPF** on various vehicle surfaces with precision.
- Prep, clean, and decontaminate vehicle surfaces before installation.
- Work with **pre-cut patterns** and **bulk installation methods** as needed.
- Execute precise trimming, edge-wrapping, and post-heating for durability.
- Safely handle PPF removal without damaging the vehicle’s paint.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- **Provide guidance and hands-on training to junior team members to ensure consistent installation standards.**:

- **Mentor new employees on best practices, proper techniques, and shop procedures.**:

- **Support the development of in-house training resources and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.**

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **PPF installation** is required.
- Experience with **Suntek films** is an asset (certification not mandatory but preferred).
- Skilled in using **pre-cut kits**, **bulk film**, and advanced cutting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with **training and mentoring** junior installers.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- A valid driver’s license is an asset.
