Welcome to Mountainview Animal Hospital We are excited to be looking for another Customer Care Receptionist to join our team. We are a 4 Doctor, 4 RVT, independently owned practice located in Georgetown, Ontario. Georgetown is a wonderful community bordering Mississauga, Brampton and Milton and only minutes from the 401 and 407 highways. We provide a beautiful, modern, clean facility and paperless medical records.
Our Receptionists are a highly valued part of our team, whose skills are utilized to the fullest each day. Answering the telephones, receiving our clients, maintaining the hospital schedule and providing support to our excellent clientele are some of the expected responsibilities. A willingness to learn about animal care is a must. Supporting our clients means having an understanding of pet healthcare needs.
Past customer care experience is necessary. We are looking for both full-time and part-time positions. The hours are flexible and based on rotating shifts between the hours of 7:45 am to 7:30 pm. You will need to have strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to be organized and multitask, work well within a team, and have a warm and friendly telephone manner
