Make an impact within MNP Digital’s Transformation practice as a **Consultant**. This diverse team of problem solvers understands clients’ unique needs and embraces the possibilities and opportunities that are created through change and bringing business strategy, transformation architecture, and technology together. As a trusted advisor in transformation, you’ll enable clients undergoing change in their organization to anticipate, innovate and adapt to fast changing external and internal priorities, customer and employee experience and operational needs with a transformation strategy that brings together that will drive meaningful results, create value, optimize performance, reduce costs, enhance growth and mitigate risk.

Specifically, the transformation practice will work with clients to focus on:

- Transformation strategy that brings a sector focus
- Business and experience design
- Conceptualization of business and technology architecture with multi-phased transformation roadmap
- Governance and management of complex transformation execution

As a Consultant in our practice, you have had exposure and played a role in a complex transformation in a specific or multiple capability areas (e.g. Customer Experience, Operations, HR, Finance).

**Responsibilities**
- Strong understanding of transformation strategy and the supporting elements including but not limited to business, data and technology architecture
- Demonstrated consistency in delivery quality services in a client organization
- Provide support in proposal development for complex transformation opportunities
- Support complex projects and play a key role to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within the client specifications to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction
- Play a key role in different transformation work streams with accountability over specifics tasks, actions and deliverables
- Deliver high quality deliverables that meet MNP and client expectations
- Provide exceptional communication at all times
- Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value

**Skills and Experience**
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy or a relevant field
- A post graduate degree or relevant professional designation (MBA or MSC are preferred)
- Professional experience working in a complex transformation program or project
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry or with a professional services firm with a successful record in the strategy and transformation space
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
- Strong financial and analytical capability
- Experience in problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, documentation, managing client expectations
- Experience in proposal development
- Ability to travel as required
