**Job Title**:Quality Lead

**Reports to**: General Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and oversee quality control protocols and procedures to ensure all products meet or exceed set quality standards.
- Regularly assess production process using quality metrics and data analysis to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement - reporting findings to the team.
- Initiate and manage projects aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and improving overall efficiency in the production process.
- Work closely with production, design, product, and materials teams to integrate quality control measures throughout the product development and manufacturing processes.
- Communicating quality standards and best practices to the team, ensuring everyone understands their role in maintaining quality.
- Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, legal regulations, maintaining documentation and records as required.
- Overseeing the quality of materials and components sourced from suppliers, including conducting audits, reviewing supplier quality data, working alongside the materials team.
- Managing customer quality issues, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating with the sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions provided.
- Researching and implementing new technologies to enhance quality assurance processes.

**Requirements**:

- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement with a willingness to participate in personal growth initiatives.
- Experience or educational background in quality assurance, quality control or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and quality control methodologies.
- Superior problem solving, analytical skills, and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel, Visual ERP is an asset.
