As we continue to grow, we are seeking **motivated and professional Door-to-Door Sales Representatives** to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Canvassing & Lead Generation**: Engage with homeowners in designated residential areas to introduce ReFix services.
- **Sales & Customer Relations**: Present service offerings, answer inquiries, and provide quotes.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Secure service bookings and ensure proper documentation of client details.
- **Lead Tracking & Follow-Ups**: Use the our Sale **app** to manage leads, monitor progress, and follow up with potential customers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain professionalism and represent ReFix Home Services with integrity.

**Compensation & Incentives**

This is a 100% commission-based role, structured to reward high performance:

- **15% commission** on all sales.
- **18% commission** after reaching **$5,000 in total sales**.
- **20% commission** after reaching **$10,000 in total sales**.

**Performance Bonuses**:

- $100 bonus upon reaching $5,000 in total sales.
- $200 bonus upon reaching $10,000 in total sales.
- **Team Challenge Incentives**: Participate in special sales challenges with **cash prizes and rewards**.
- **Bi-Monthly Payouts**: Commissions are paid every two weeks.

- **Goal-Oriented & Persistent**: Driven to meet and exceed targets.
- **Previous Sales Experience (Preferred, Not Required)**: Training is provided.

**Work Schedule**
- This position offers **complete flexibility**; representatives can set their own hours.
- Recommended peak sales times**:Evenings (4 PM - 8 PM) and Weekends (10 AM - 5 PM)**.
- No minimum time commitment—earnings are based on individual effort and performance.

**Compensation Disclaimer**
