Epoxy Coatings/painting Helper with Growth to Lead Installer

Prime Choice Flooring is looking for a hardworking and reliable helper to assist with our epoxy flooring and painting projects. This position offers an opportunity to learn a skilled trade, and for the right person, it could lead to a **full-time role** with **at least 40-60 hours bi-weekly**. If more hours are required, overtime will be paid per hour. For those who prove themselves, with time and training this role can evolve into a **Lead Installer position.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with surface preparation (grinding, sanding, and cleaning).
- Perform interior painting.
- Use power tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow instructions and work as a supervisor and be part of our team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in painting **(MANDATORY)**:

- Experience in sanding, grinding, and general construction or handyman work
- Ability to perform physical labor and handle tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Supervisory experience is preferred but not required
- Must be available 2-3 days a week (average around 20-30 hours weekly)
- Preferably to own a car

Compensation and Benefits:

- Starting pay: $23.00 per hour but will increase with experience and after training
- Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 30 hours weekly
- Potential promotion to **Lead Installer**:

- Flexible schedule and casual work environment
