The Configuration Technician will be responsible for assembling components into finished assemblies and prepare for shipping, according to customer requirements.

**What the job is all about**:

- Configuring systems to meet sales order criteria which involves picking finished goods hardware from stock to populate and align into frame chassis or systems for software loads, licensing and testing according to customer requirements
- Interpret customer configuration documentation, DWI’s or Sales Order notes to meet these requirements and using these documents to verify configuration
- Create data records which associate product serial numbers to the Sales Order
- As required, perform production configuration, system level debug for hardware or system errors
- Perform light level assembly, interconnect, and fasten assemblies
- Adhere to Ross Video Health and Safety policies

**Who you are**:

- Must have computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and core business-use tools.
- Ability to work rotational schedule
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (large panels)
- Good organizational skills
- High initiative and ability to work as a member of a team or independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude

**Bonus points if you have the following**:

- Experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment
