**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their neighbourhoods, presenting our services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our services to potential customers.
- Build rapport with customers by effectively communicating service benefits and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Experience in inside sales or direct selling is preferred but not mandatory.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Must possess reliable transportation for travel within designated areas.
