**Visual Specialist**
- (You are available to work a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts, for at least 25 hrs per week)_
The Visual Specialist is responsible for supporting the store management team by performing tasks related to visual standards while ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The specialist demonstrates behaviors that prioritize the customer and coaches associates in the execution of the visual standards.

**What your day would look like**:
- Contributes to achieving sales goals by executing all visual presentations and maintenance of all product categories, ensuring they are set up according to visual guidelines at all times (regular business, promotions, special events, etc.)
- Focuses on executing tasks related to assigned areas of focus to meet overall productivity and store goals;
- Completes price changes and markdowns in a timely manner;
- Maintains all aspects of marketing (in-store directives, back-room organization, and orders needed).
- Partners with management team to identify, communicate and take action on business opportunities;
- Is a role model in prioritizing the customer and supporting the sales floor when required or in non-peak hours;
- Support the management team to achieve daily goals and tasks;
- Assume sales floor manager on duty accountability in the absence of management team members.
**What you have to offer**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail selling environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communicator
- Visible passion for exceptional customer service
- Confidence and agility in fast paced environments
- A driven approach to your work, and a passion for home décor
- Able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekends
- Ability to lift medium to large items/ and frequent ladder use
- Guarantee of a minimum of 25 hours per week (available day, evening and weekends)
