**Role: MSSQL Database Admin**
**Term: Full Time**
**Location: Toronto ON, (Hybrid)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **MS-SQL Server Management**: Administer and support MS-SQL Server environments, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- **Windows Server Administration**: Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of Windows Server systems.
- **Active Directory Management**: Handle user and group administration, policy enforcement, and security within Active Directory.
- **AWF/Autosys**: Utilize AWF/Autosys for job scheduling and automation tasks.
- **ServiceNow (SN) Request Management**: Manage and process service requests, incidents, and changes within ServiceNow.
- **Change Order Handling**: Oversee and document change management processes and ensure compliance with established protocols.
- **Knowledge Base (KB) Articles**: Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles to support internal documentation and user guidance.
- **Version Control with Bitbucket**: Manage source code repositories and version control using Bitbucket.
- **Artifact Management with Nexus**: Administer and support artifact repositories using Nexus.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or similar role with a strong background in MS-SQL Server, Windows Server, and AD management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with AWF/Autosys, SN Request, Change Order processes, KB articles, Bitbucket, and Nexus.

- 8 hour shift

- Azure: 5 years (required)
