**The job specific requirements are**:

- Maintaining a proper service experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, restocking utensils
- Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Filling in for absent staff as needed
- Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Understands and can communicate products and services
- Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills
- Applies health and safety regulations as to cleanliness
- Applies the Work Hazardous Materials Information System
- Complies with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant and equipment
- Organizes and ensures cleanliness in work area efficiently
- Clears and cleans the tables in the cafeteria
- Executes all other tasks as requested by the supervisor
