**Strategic Consultant (Remote within Canada/US)**

Reporting to the Manager, Consulting Services, the key focus of a Strategic
Consultant is to nurture strong team and client relationships throughout assigned projects, based on clients’ contract specifications originating from the Client Success Executive group and the Implementation Team

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Commitment to solving business problems, with a focus on value above expectations
- Own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, coordinating client activities, tracking progress, and managing risks at all times.
- Actively participate in continually improving processes and team initiatives
- Support the Client Success Group as a technical resource when working with clients on End Month End assessments and in-depth quoting.

**The '**Strategic** Consultant’**will be a consultant for the Strategic Consulting division, within the Professional Services department and will work closely with the Manager,**Strategic**Consulting**Services** and Lead to help the team and clients with their software**implementation**. The**Strategic** Consultant works directly with clients and internal departments to ensure a successful**implementation** deliverable within the project scope and budget.**

**W**HAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Understand client project requirements initiated by the Client Success team and help design a comprehensive strategy for achieving the successful outcome of the project,
- Partner with clients to execute project plans that are on time, on-budget with the highest customer satisfaction,
- Lead key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, and Post Go-Live planning
- Facilitate client testing, using good problem-solving and analytical skills,
- Assist in training and instructing users with respect to setups and day-to-day activities using extensive, in-depth knowledge of Multiview products and client business,
- Consult and make recommendations to management on operational issues and objectives,
- Maintaining a highly detail-oriented eye to client project plans, while exercising good interpersonal and organizational skills,
- Work closely with the Client Success team, Professional Services and Sales team members to constantly evaluate and improve the onboarding experience of clients,
- Prioritizing work and performing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines,
- Proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders to manage enhancement requirements and escalations,
- Foster a collaborative work environment in alignment with Multiview values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients.

**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in a Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- **Experience level**:2-3**yrs**in similar role
- **Advanced Multiview Software Experience** is **required**
- Experience leading innovative and solution-focused outcomes in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated accountability for exceeding client expectations in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Resourceful and self-motivated, ability to work under mínimal supervision and/or strict deadlines, on multiple proje
