We're working with Lake Windermere Pointe in Invermere BC to find an energetic labourer with a great attitude to support a strata complex with their groundskeeping and maintenance needs.

**Summary**

Lake Windermere Pointe is a Strata Corporation located in Invermere BC, offering 221 residential units, an outdoor pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, and two underground parking garages.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a **Groundskeeper & Maintenance Labourer**

This position reports to the Facility and Grounds Lead and plays an integral part of ensuring the maintenance and beauty of the strata’s grounds, including laws, plants and flower beds, walkways, pool areas and other outdoor areas.

**Responsibilities**
- Lawn mowing and edging of common areas
- Weeding flower beds and garden maintenance
- Watering and general plant care
- Seasonal planting and garden cleanup
- Basic pruning and trimming
- Light cleaning of common areas (patios, walkways, outdoor furniture)
- Tidying and cleaning around pool area (furniture, decking, removing debris)
- Maintenance of walkways and outdoor common areas
- General maintenance and routine inspections of shared outdoor and indoor areas and grounds.
- Assist with minor repairs and seasonal duties.
- General property upkeep and beautification.
- Assist contractors and vendors; and
- Complete maintenance and grounds reports.

**Requirements**:

- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of lawn care and gardening (training provided)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to work
