**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
- Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or related roles within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality presentation of dishes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
