Infinity Events & Décor is the one stop luxury event boutique in Saskatchewan offering services that include Event Design, Event Planning, Coordination, Décor Rentals, Photography, Videography, Jewelry and Flowers. We are a rapidly growing small business that is fun, energetic, team focused, and a female lead company seeking the right person to jump in and grow with us.

*We are have several positions available ranging from Event Planning, Décor Sales & Design, Venue Management, Event Production, and General Labor. We are continually looking for great people who are energetic, career orientated and growth minded.

We are looking for a unique and rare individual with long term career aspirations and vision to enter our General Manager training track. In this position you will learn all aspects of the event and décor world and every aspect of Infinity Events & Décor. Spending time in each of the various roles on our team to gain the hands-on experience required to eventually take a lead role within our organization. This is a multi year training program that will be uniquely tailored to the right individual.

**Overview of responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities will vary throughout the training timeline depending on needs of the team as well as role(s) currently working in. Some core responsibilities would be**:

- Discussing and planning event / wedding theme, venue setup and other requirements with client
- Preparing quotes and processing invoices
- Being physically available on event day
- Schedule and attend client meetings on and off site
- Sales of venue spaces and their in house services
- Sales of Décor rentals and Design services
- Event Prep
- Linen Pressing
- Décor maintenance / cleaning
- Order Packing
- Onsite event execution
- Event coordination
- Fine Detail Decorating
- Event Set up / Take Down
- Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, Night Shifts, and Weekends required as needed to meet company and client needs

**To be successful in this position you should meet the following requirements**
- Ability to receive and grow from constructive criticism
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Impressive negotiating and communication skills
- Knowledge of trending colour palettes and design trends
- Basic understanding of different religious practices
- Excellent leadership skills
- The ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks effectively
- Lift up to 80lbs (36kgs)
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly creative
- Financial savvy, with the ability to accurately process quotes, and muti payment format invoices

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
