Roden Gray is looking for a full-time** Store Ambassador** for our Gastown location. We strive to create a personable and inclusive in-store shopping experience and are looking for someone eager to establish personal and long standing relationships with us and our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain personal and professional relationships with clients.
- Achieve and maintain personal sales targets.
- Assist in Merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, photographing products to share on social media and general store and inventory upkeep.
- Process and complete online orders and pickups.

**Skills**:

- Personable and approachable customer service style.
- Communicative team player.
- Able to problem solve and and mitigate customer issues respectfully and efficiently.
- Sales focused and driven.

**Requirements**:

- College or University diploma in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Associate or Personal Stylist.
- Knowledge of luxury brands, from their history to the construction of the garments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
