Responsabilités:

- Gérer les commandes de pièces au jour le jour pour notre centre de réparation interne et à distance pour notre site de Napanee en Ontario.
- Gérer les bons de travail, la garantie et les bons de commande.
- Surveiller les pièces et les stocks de base et ajuster les niveaux en fonction des tendances et des réparations.
- Surveiller les performances financières du service des pièces et fixer des objectifs pour maximiser l'efficacité et augmenter la productivité.

Qualifications/Expérience:

- Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la communication.
- Maîtrise des ordinateurs et des programmes Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Sens de l'initiative et capacité à travailler sous une supervision limitée.
- Volonté de travailler de manière indépendante ainsi que dans un environnement d'équipe.
- Excellent service à la clientèle.
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience pratique dans la gestion du service et des pièces.
- Expérience avec Freightliner, Detroit et Cummins un atout.
- Bonne compréhension de l'industrie des pièces détachées.

C.A.T is currently looking to hire an experienced Parts Advisor to work in our Coteau-du-Lac Maintenance Facility. This is a full-time position and a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing day-to-day parts orders for our in-house repair facility and remotely for our Napanee Ontario location.
- Managing work orders, warranty and purchase orders.
- Monitor parts and core inventory and adjust levels as trends and repairs dictate.
- Monitor the parts departments financial performance and set goals to maximize the efficiency and increase productivity.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Strong initiative and ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Willingness to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Great customer service.
- 3 + years of hands-on experience in service and parts management.
- Experience with Freightliner, Detroit and Cummins an asset.
- Strong understanding of the parts industry.
