**CASUAL COOK POSITION**
The Bethania Group is currently recruiting for the position of **Casual Cook** for 880 Arlington Street, Winnipeg. The Bethania Group manages Senior’s Housing in various locations in Winnipeg. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to all of our residents and tenants. To that end we depend on the skills and compassionate caring of individuals in a variety of disciplines including our Food Services Department.
This unionized (CUPE) position plays a key role in providing quality meal services to tenants in the Senior’s Housing located at ArlingtonHaus. There are no guaranteed hours in this casual position but may lead to a part-time position in the future.
**Requirements**:
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- 2-4 years previous cooking experience in both quantity and short-order cooking
- Current Safe Food Handling Certificate
- WHMIS training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
**As of Monday, October 18th, 2021, ALL staff working in any of our facilities are required to be fully vaccinated and must provide proof of vaccination upon hire.**
