We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as Hotel Handyman/woman in our Maintenance department.

This position will be responsible for maintaining the buildings, windows/doors, doing parking lot sweeps for garbage or repair needs, any snow removal, sanding, sweeping, grass cutting/clipping etc. Be able to handle the hotels/motels general maintenance projects required for upkeep - such as painting, patch repair, servicing your equipment. Provide assistance in maintenance as reported by housekeepers daily (change high reaching light bulbs etc) to ensure our rooms are in the best condition for our guests. This includes trouble shooting PTAC errors etc, an any other projects as needed. And special projects for general improvement.

This is a very good position for someone who doesn't like to do the same thing every day and wants to stay busy. Summer months, we participate in a student work program, that will provide an opportunity to mentor the upcoming work force and have helping hands for any projects scheduled during that time.

We are open to any person who has official and unofficial experience, preference to someone who has hotel experience. Looking for someone mature who will take pride in their work and understand the role they play in providing hospitality to our guests (by ensuring we are putting our best foot forward through their tidy and timely work.) has a can do attitude and a work ethic to match.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
