Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Admin and Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations across administration, customer service, and warehouse logistics. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workday—from handling paperwork and assisting customers, to managing inventory and shipping products.

This role bridges back-of-house operations with front-line service, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock from couriers and bulk shipments.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and store inventory items and support materials in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic full inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift training provided if needed).

Customer Service
- Answer product inquiries, assist with purchases, and process returns.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and transactions using internal systems.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, customer communication, and documentation.

Administrative Duties
- Manage office tasks: filing, data entry, arranging couriers, and ordering supplies.
- Handle basic billing, freight collection, and generate reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of post-secondary education preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in administration, warehouse operations, customer service, or a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
