As the Business Strategist, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-departmental teams to research and gather information on industry trends and innovations to provide strategic guidance, consulting, advice, as well as analytical and technical expertise in support of Mobility frontline services. In this role, you will also lead the development, implementation and use of performance measures and benchmarking for the Mobility Management Team and division to increase efficiency, accountability, and transparency in service delivery. Primary duties include:

- Design, develop, implement, and manage performance management tools.

- Design, lead, coordinate and report on initiatives and programs targeted at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Mobility processes and service.
Leads the development of annual strategic objectives as part of the 4-Year Business Unit Strategic Plan.
Lead the Mobility Management Team in the use of performance measures and benchmarking to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the services Mobility provides.
- **Qualifications**

- A degree in Business, Science, Information Technology or a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience including business planning, project management/development, performance measurement, developing business strategies and budgets to achieve organization objectives in large organizations with diverse businesses.
- Experience with successfully implementing process and service improvement initiatives will be given preference.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, Power BI reporting, dashboard development and Council report writing would be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills as well as the ability to prioritize, build consensus among internal/external partners and influence without authority.
