**Finance Specialist** - Permanent, Full Time

Fire Plan Strategies Inc. is the leading national consultant in the fire code compliance industry. We specialize in preparing Fire Safety Plans and Emergency Procedure Signs, as well as the delivery of Fire Warden, Fire Extinguisher, and Fire Drill Training. We also have a retail division through which we sell and nationally distribute Fire Warden gear.

Our office is located on the Waterfront side of the exchange district in a newly renovated building with free outdoor parking and is close to all major bus routes. We pride ourselves on being a positive work environment and have many long-term employees as part of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the management and processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Build and manage company reports pertaining to overall KPI management, as well as marketing
- Manage the booking of training and site audits, as well as scheduling of internal resources
- Prepare and track proposals and provide KPI lead tracking data details to management
- Additional support tasks as required by leadership

**Skills Required**:

- Existing knowledge of QuickBooks - able to seamlessly and efficiently navigate all basic elements of the program
- Microsoft Excel - able to build and update models and spreadsheets, including creating and inputting formulas
- Ability to independently prioritize (and re-prioritize) on tight timelines while staying organized and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
