**We’re Hiring: Housekeeper for Community Seniors**
Looking to make a difference in someone’s day? We’re seeking a **Housekeeper** to support seniors living independently in our Town of Morinville community. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in their work.
**Position Details**:
**3-10 hours per week**
**$17-$18/hour**
Local work
Previous Cleaning Experience required
Experience with seniors is an asset (volunteer experience welcome)
**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Housekeeper, you’ll help seniors maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by performing tasks such as**:
- General cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces)
- Kitchen cleaning (sanitizing counters, wiping appliances, light dishwashing)
- Bathroom cleaning (sanitizing sinks, toilets, tubs/showers)
- Laundry (washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing or linens)
- Light organization and decluttering
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Garbage and recycling removal
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Previous cleaning experience is required**(residential, commercial, or in-home caregiving all welcome)
- Resident of Morinville/Sturgeon County
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in private homes
- Experience with seniors preferred
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, patient attitude
- A Smartphone for communication and scheduling, camera/scanner, etc
- Familiarity (or willingness to learn) Google Drive
- **Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle**:
- **Must provide a clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check**:
- **Must provide First Aid Certification with CPR**
