Farm Technician

**Position**: Farm Technician

**Division**: Golden Eagle Sablefish

**Reports to**: Site Manager

**Location**: Kyuqout Sound

**Work Schedule**: Camp Work - 8 days on, 6 days off

**POSITION DETAILS**:

- Daily farm task including feeding and other chores
- Daily record keeping and data entry
- Harvesting
- Troubleshooting feed machine and feed cameras as issues arise
- Ensuring safety and quality practices are followed on the farms site
- Reviewing and updating farm SOP’s
- Communicating effectively with the Farm Manager

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 2 years net pen grow out aquaculture experience.
- Working knowledge of automated feed machines
- Knowledge of safe working practices on net pens
- Knowledge of daily data entry
