**Responsibilities**:

- Provide and ensure exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns in a calm, polite and professional manner.
- Implement, enforce, maintain and support loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate pricing on all products in all departments, adjusting prices to minimize losses in conjunction with the manager.
- Ensure all front-end displays are stocked with quality products that meet or exceed company standards.
- Ensure daily front-end routine functions are performed with accuracy.
- Ensuring that all injuries are reported promptly and reported according to company policy and procedure.
- Responsible for supervising, coordinating and assigning the work responsibilities of Front-end employees in conjunction with the manager.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are being met in regards to housekeeping and sweep logs
- Responsible for ensuring a safe working environment
- Maintains security of all cash, ensuring that cash corresponds with daily sales reports.
- Cash out drawers and prepare money for deposit, balance safe
- Pick up cash from cashiers and provide change as needed.
- Authorize refunds

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Experience with cash handling and supervising are a must.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including days and evenings on both and weekends.
- The ability to meet the needs and demands of customers in a friendly, fast and efficient manner
- The willingness to work with others and respond quickly to change
- A focus on detail and accuracy
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and complete repetitive tasks
- Able to bend, squat and lift occasionally, practicing safe lifting techniques
- Great communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal functional direction

**Rate of Pay**: Wage negotiable upon experience.
