Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general tasks related to material handling, clean up, etc.
- Basic tool and machinery operations and other manufacturing tasks
- Assist tradespersons and other fabrication personnel
- Transport materials and products throughout the shop
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Operate Band Saws, cutting pipe to specified lengths
- Operate a grinder, iron worker and crane
- Instill a culture of safety and maintain occupational health and safety documentation
- Participate in all Company safety programming including weekly safety meetings, hazard identification, and incident reporting and investigation
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license or transportation to work
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior experience in fabrication or welding environments is preferred

Hours of Work
Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm with 8-10 hour shifts.
Work Environment
- Primary work setting is in a shop environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a continuous basis and be willing to work outside, exposed to the elements at times
