*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Broker to join our team. As a Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of goods or services between parties. If you have a passion for negotiation and building relationships, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* - Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers - Provide guidance and assistance to clients in making informed decisions - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and conditions - Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients - Prepare and present offers to clients - Ensure all legal requirements are met during transactions *Skills* - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients - Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favorable deals for clients - Customer service-oriented mindset to address client needs promptly and professionally - Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus (Bilingual) - Experience in cashiering, retail sales, or forklift operation is advantageous - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
**Job Type**: Freelance
