Annex Pro partners with Autodesk, Avid, Wacom, Apple, Adobe, Lenovo, Qumulo, Dell, HP, Blackmagic Design, EIZO and hundreds of others to supply market leading technology solutions and support to organizations with complex media production needs, while also operating multiple growing B2C eCommerce platforms. **Job Description: Full Time Inside Sales Representative (ISR)** We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our Account Managers and help move opportunities forward efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales enablement, customer interaction, and proactively using AI and automation to reduce admin work and increase throughput. You will not be cold calling all day. You will be supporting real customers, real opportunities, and real revenue. **How We Use Automation** We are increasingly using automation and AI tools (eg ChatGPT, Copilot, HubSpot CRM, NetSuite) to reduce manual work. You should be comfortable using AI to: - Research accounts and products - Prepare quote drafts and comparisons You don’t need to be an “AI expert,” but you must be curious, practical, and willing to use modern tools daily.
