The job
We’re looking for a true hunter, result-driven individual to join our sales team. As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to meet sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to the growth of our company. This is a dynamic apprenticeship position with a whole lot of potential for career growth.
The challenge
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct brief sales presentations to potential clients and schedule discovery meetings
- Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and knowledge
- Scheduling business relationship meetings (BRM) with existing clients (20% of your time)
- Any other task pertaining to sales activities

As a Business Associate at Kimoby, you will have the opportunity to advance in your sales career within our fast-growing tech company. As soon as you achieve predetermined milestones, you will progress to a more senior sales position, such as Account Executive, where you will control your full sales cycle, develop sales strategies, and earn generous commissions. Alternatively, you may choose to specialize into related areas of the business, such as Account Management, Marketing or Product Management, depending on your interests and career goals.
- Completely bilingual - English and French
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales environment (an asset)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e véritable chasseur.se, axé.e sur les résultats, pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente. En tant qu’Associé.e commercial.e, vous serez chargé de développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et d'établir des relations avec les clients afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente pour générer des prospects et contribuer à la croissance de notre entreprise. Il s'agit d'un poste d'apprentissage dynamique qui offre de nombreuses possibilités d'évolution de carrière.
Le défi
- Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Générer des prospects par le biais de divers canaux tels que le démarchage téléphonique, les campagnes courriel et les événements de réseautage
- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients afin d’assurer la récurrence des affaires et des références
- Effectuer de brèves présentations commerciales aux clients potentiels et programmer des réunions de découverte.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de vente pour développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans de vente
- Atteindre les objectifs mensuels et trimestriels
- Participer à des programmes de formation pour développer les compétences et les connaissances en matière de vente
- Planifier des réunions de relations commerciales avec les clients existants (20 % de votre temps)
