**Responsibilities**:

- Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling based on client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Assist with front desk duties when needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be a licensed Hairstylist
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with proficiency in various hair styling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales practices to promote salon products
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness according to industry standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Demonstrated skill in upselling services or products to enhance the client experience
- Front desk experience is a plus, but not required

Expected hours: 15 per week
