**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Fabricate and install components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
- Lead small projects or teams when necessary, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Weld metal components for repairs or fabrication projects as required.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and management regarding maintenance issues.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Strong ability to maintain facilities through routine inspections and repairs.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Ability to fabricate components for repairs or installations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage small projects or guide team members.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting logic controllers.
- Experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Welding skills are a plus for metal fabrication tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
