**Job Overview**

**Duties**

- Set up and break down banquet tables and dining areas according to event specifications.
- Ensure all food safety standards are met during food handling and serving.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next service.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
