**Remuneration**
- Annual salary of $65,000 to $80,0000
- Performance bonus program

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Supervisor. The selected person will report to the General Manager as well as the Senior Supervisor and will be responsible for providing support to the restaurant assigned to him and to the other restaurants of the franchise in order to maximize operations, customer satisfaction, growth of sales as well as long-term profits. She will have to build a positive business relationship with the restaurant management team and work in collaboration with managers, assistant managers, shift supervisors, operations managers and customers.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Employees :_
- Collaborate with the human resources supervisor to achieve HR objectives
- Prepare and present performance reviews based on specific goals and objectives for each restaurant manager
- Develop and coach trained, comprehensive and engaged management teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge, operational procedures and capabilities of its teams through development and training
- Demonstrate and reinforce the leadership behaviors and minimum personnel practices required to gain commitment from team members, shift supervisors and the restaurant management team
- Reward and recognize the results of restaurant employees
- Ensure that all of its restaurants have the required staff to maximize sales potential and reduce employee turnover
- Consult with restaurant management teams on employee engagement level metrics and help execute the set plan to increase employee loyalty, satisfaction and pride in McDonald's
- Restaurant Operations/Sales Growth:_
- Protect the McDonald's brand by ensuring that restaurants meet McDonald's standards for restaurant operation, safety and sanitization
- Train managers of restaurant management teams on systems that ensure high standards at all times
- Ensure restaurants are executing national and regional promotions correctly
- Ensure an ongoing local marketing plan exists for each restaurant
- Coordinate the implementation and execution of new products and processes in the restaurants
- Business results:_
- Be responsible for creating a positive work environment while collaborating with managers and restaurant management teams to develop and achieve business plan business objectives
- Use all available resources like gap analysis, customer satisfaction reports, etc. to identify opportunities and threats to build a business plan to optimize market potential
- Perform audits of its restaurants to ensure that practices and procedures relating to cash registers, security, etc. are respected

**Required profile**
- Strong oral and written communication skills, employee performance management and development, time management and organization
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team and will be recognized by peers as an available, attentive and positive leader with both staff and customers
- Extensive operational experience in the field of catering and in team management
- Great professional integrity, a sense of ethics, great dynamism and a high level of motivation
- Ability to analyze operating cost control and deal with food safety audits
